I am proud to be a part of Shrimati Shakuntala Hemaraj Mutha College of Fine Art for the past 10 years.
I think that every person has some or the other art in us just we have to understand it and that’s what we do . We have to understand the power of it, and that’s what we do.

Our institution believes in shaping individuals who are compassionate, fair, self-critical, and humble, with the drive to excel in their artistic journey. True excellence is achieved by constantly learning and benchmarking oneself against the best artists in the field.

Khadki Shikshan Sanstha is located in the cantonment area of Pune and in Khadki Panchkroshi. It is a renowned institution with a glorious academic contribution of 106 years.
Through this institute, the college was established in the year 2002–2003. The college provides facilities for students from nearby areas such as Khadki, Dapodi, Bopodi, Aundh, Range Hills, Pimple Gurav, Vishrantwadi, Dighi, Dhanori, Kalas, and surrounding regions.
The growth of the institute is the result of the immense and tireless efforts of the organization’s Secretary and popular leader, Hon. Chandrakant Chhajed (MLA and Minister of State for Tourism), the President of the Society, Hon. Ad. S. K. Jain (Senior Lawyer), the Senior Director, Hon. Dnyaneshwar Murkute, and all members of the Board of Governors.
Rajendra Avadhutkar and Mohan Charya from Alegaonkar Secondary School, both serving as art teachers, have also contributed tirelessly to this initiative.
A few years later, a generous donor and member of the organization, Rev. Shri Hemraj Mutha, made a significant contribution in the name of his wife. Since then, the college has been known as Shrimati Shakuntala Hemraj Mutha College of Fine Art.
Rajendra Avadhutkar and Mohan Charya from Alegaonkar Secondary School, both serving as art teachers, have also contributed tirelessly to this initiative.
